🐾 Pretty, a 3–4-month-old stray kitten, arrived at Pets Haven with a severe hip injury. Diagnosis: Fracture of the femoral neck (back left leg)  Solution: Femoral head removal surgery — carefully trimmed to prevent soft tissue damage. Goal: Let muscles grow stronger to stabilise the limb and restore movement without the original joint.
