Dr. Basel Badra is the General Director of Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic. He has 22 years of experience in the veterinary field. He is specialized in soft-tissue surgery and orthopedics. He also has a wide experience in the field of laboratory conducting medical diagnosis and analysis. Dr. Basel graduated from Al-Baath University in Hama, Syria with the Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine in the year 2000. In 2002, he finished his post-graduate degree in Animal Surgery and Treatment. In 2008, he attained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in Zoonosis, knowledge in general diseases between human and animals from St. Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine - Russian Federation in St. Petersburg in Russia. He participated in many international scientific medical conferences in Russia. During his doctoral studies, he was honored to be awarded with multiple recognitions. His works has also been published in various scientific journals. He have a strong passion for animal welfare and made it his personal mission to ensure that he will give his very best to provide animals the best medical care and assistance they truly deserve. During his spare time, he loves to swim, listen to music, do outdoor activities such as engaging with nature, traveling and camping.
