When I called to tell them my pomeranian is in labour they made sure they followed up with me every 20 min to see if she gave birth at naturally. When it was clear she can't I rushed her to them and they made sure her 2 babies were delivered safe trough cesarian. I took the mom and babies home in the evening and they were fine, taken care of and I can't thank them energy they saved all by fur babies.
Now we jokingly say that I named them after them dr.Asma and Dr.Bassel.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’ve been bringing my cat, Magic, here for some time now, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Magic has kidney issues, and every visit feels like we’re in the best possible hands. The Doctor(Dr Basel), along with his incredible staff, isn’t like most other places. They don’t push unnecessary treatments or inflate costs — you always know exactly what you're paying for, and it’s clear you’re getting top-quality care.

What really stands out is the personal attention. Dr Basel spends a lot of time getting to know both the pet and the owner, which makes all the difference. I was first recommended to this clinic by family friends whose dog had heart problems, and I can see why they spoke so highly of him. He’s genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and has a calming effect on both pets and owners alike. Magic is naturally shy, but here he’s treated with so much care and gentleness that it puts him at ease every time.

The vet assistants are just as amazing. They’re friendly, professional, and always on top of things, which gives me total peace of mind. If you truly care about your pet, it’s not about finding the cheapest place but finding somewhere where the people care about your pet as much as you do. You don’t need to go to those overpriced, corporate clinics to get the best care. This clinic offers exceptional service without the sky-high costs, and I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate, dedicated team.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the exceptional care and dedication provided by Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic, as well as the outstanding professionalism and expertise of Ms. Joanne, Dr. Asmaa and her team.

For the past four months, my cats have been battling persistent sickness characterized by mucus and sneezing. Despite previous treatments including a tracheal flush and medication from another clinic, their condition showed no sign of improvement. It was at this critical juncture that I decided to seek a second opinion from Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Asmaa and her team proved to be incredibly helpful and proactive from the onset. They conducted a thorough examination, including an X-ray, to accurately diagnose the root cause of my cats' ailment. Following their assessment, a tailored two-week medication plan was prescribed.

I am delighted to report that after two weeks of following their prescribed treatment, my cats are now free from the incessant sneezing and mucus. The stark improvement in their health is a testament to the exceptional veterinary care provided by Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic.
